If the answer is 'YES', proceed with EBT process.
Upon conclusion of EBT, if result negative or below 0.1, and if you suspect your driver/person may be affected by substance other than alcohol, consider further demands for a Drug Impairment Assessment (DIA):
"I now require you to remain for the purpose of a drug impairment assessment, until the assessment has been carried out or 3 hours from driving/in charge.Â
Are you prepared to remain?"
